Return shipping must be paid by the customer. Items returned for refund will be 8% restocking fee. Items must be returned within 30 days from shipment date ( items must be in new condition, in the original packaging, complete with tags, and re-sellable). Returns after 30 days are at the discretion of Bajacycles.com, and may result in a restocking fee. A restocking charge of 15% is applied. Returns are accepted with a return authorization number provided by BAJACYCLES. All returns must be pre-approved by BAJACYCLES before returning your item, accompanied by a return authorization number. Under no circumstances any returns not processed without a BAJACYCLES approved return authorization number will not be accepted. Shipping returns must be via a common carrier that uses a tracking number system. Once your package is shipped with your return authorization number, forward your tracking information to sales@bajacycles.com
